Key Responsibilities
Campaign Analytics & Design
- Act as an analytical partner supporting both internal business units and external partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and target segments.
- Translate complex business challenges into analytical approaches, and translate technical findings back into clear, actionable busniess insights.
- Design campaign targeting, segmentation, and personalization logic using customer data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Present findings clearly to senior management.
Campaign Measurement & Optimization:
- Develop and automate campaign performance dashboards and reports.
- Conduct pre/post-campaign analysis to measure incremental impact (uplift analysis, A/B testing, control group setup).
Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and customer conversion.
Campaign-related MIS reporting, Data analysis & Modeling:
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop predictive models (e.g., response models, churn prediction, next-best-offer, customer segmentation, propensity xsell prediction, forecasting campaign performance).
- Utilized R, Python and/or SQL for deep-dive analytics.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
- Develop and provide daily, monthly and ad-hoc MIS reports related to campaigns.
- Data analytics for various areas, including production and timely delivery of reports relating but not limited to customer and product profitability, business opportunity pipeline and tracking.
- Compile and perform data mining from various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and developing expertise on data literacy.
- Analyze and synthesize data to make insightful recommendations to improve decision making or improve.
- Promptly develop and implement reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design and build data visualization dashboards for monitoring and analysis purpose.
Automating and Stream lining the reports by independently identifying the opportunities.
Governance & Process:
- Ensure campaign tracking and data lineage are properly defined and maintained.
- Support compliance, internal auditor, external auditor with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain knowledge repository.
- Campaign & contest management support with commission calculation for customers and sales
- Partner reconciliation & commission calculation on monthly basis.
- Service reconciliation & payout
Real-time support with Partnership and product and other teams for any ad-hoc requests to support business strategy.
Job Specification
- BA / BS degree or higher.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking; especially in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Sience, Mathematics is a preference
= 5 years of analytical expertise in applying data solutions to business matters.
- Hands on experience with programming tools and technologies such as: SQL, Python, R, SAS, Google Cloud Platform, etc,.
- Proficiency in data visualization and related tool such as Looker Studio, Power BI, etc,.
- Hands on experience with Machine Learning model development, applying AI, GenAI into business production is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated to discover insights, trends, and patterns through data analysis
- Strong data visualization skills, able to translate data finding in optimal visual summary to enable quick interpretation by business users
- Proficiency building reports and dashboards that distill data and clearly capture key insights
- Understanding of relational database and common statistical methods.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques
- Highly motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and utilizing best practices in data management, reporting and business intelligence
- Ability to multi-task on projects in a fast paced, start up environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in team environment and also independently.
- Knowledge in big data analytics is preferred
