1. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good English communication and email writing skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 650+).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or C&B within a
    manufacturing environment
    (preferably garment, textile, or high-volume production).
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with HR software/HRIS systems is an advantage.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workers and office staff, ensuring hiring plans of
    500–800 employees per year
    .
  • Maintain and update employee records, labor contracts, personnel data, and HR documentation.
  • Support timekeeping, social insurance procedures, and employee-related administrative processes.
  • Handle monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and other C&B activities.
  • Coordinate internal training programs, employee engagement activities, and company culture initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and collaborate with regional/overseas managers in English
