I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Sản phẩm của công ty:
  • Teamwork với đội chat support và dev support để xử lý các yêu cầu, vấn đề liên quan đến kĩ thuật cho khách hàng.
  • Thời gian làm việc:

11PM - 7AM từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7 hàng tuần
- Thời gian đầu tham gia training chọn 1 trong 2 hình thức:
- Lên văn phòng vào giờ hành chính (chọn ca sáng 8h30-12h hoặc 13h30-18h từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6)
- Tham gia Google Meet.

II. QUY TRÌNH TUYỂN DỤNG

  • VÒNG 1:

Duyệt CV
- VÒNG 2:

Phỏng vấn online, offline (nếu ở Hà Nội)
- VÒNG 3:

Test xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật

III. QUYỀN LỢI

IV. YÊU CẦU

  • Hiểu biết về Shopify admin, theme, và app.
  • Nắm vững kiến thức về HTML, CSS, JS (biết Liquid là lợi thế).
  • Tiếng Anh tốt, tương đương
    5.0 IELTS

trở lên hoặc các chứng chỉ khác tương đương. Kỹ năng đọc viết tốt (nghe nói tốt là điểm cộng).
- Có tính cách cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chỉn chu.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và ứng biến tốt.
- Có trách nhiệm với công việc, có thể làm quá giờ trong những trường hợp khẩn cấp (được tính lương đầy đủ).
- Cam kết làm việc tối thiểu 6 tháng.

*Lưu ý:

Ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được training từ đầu (có kinh nghiệm là một điểm cộng).

Không bắt buộc nhưng ưu tiên những ứng viên:

  • Đã từng làm trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử nói chung và nền tảng Shopify nói riêng.

  • Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng và làm việc trên Crisp.

  • Có thành tựu nổi bật liên quan đến công việc chăm sóc khách hàng.
