1. Training & Development

  • Join internal training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms (Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM).
  • Learn about standard business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service.
  • Study and work toward Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-800, MB-910).

2. Project Participation (With Guidance)

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Support system configuration, data entry, and testing activities.
  • Help prepare training materials and provide support during go-live phases.
  • Work closely under the supervision of senior consultants and project managers.

3. Documentation & Support

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of functional documents: user guides, test cases, and system design notes.
  • Assist the project team in internal testing, issue tracking, and system demonstrations.

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in ERP/CRM systems and business process automation.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business concepts (e.g., accounting, inventory, sales) is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English is an advantage.
