Role: Implement & sustain the whole agenda of GTM (DMS & DMP) at 2 respective sales units - Handle Central and HCM South East

What you'll do

1. Territory University implementation & field coaching

  • Conduct Territory University health check for ASM/ SS

  • Assist sales locations to ensure different ASM/ SS (and other as required) team using standardized form and approved Best Practices tools.

  • Assist sales locations to ensure different SS/ DCR using standardized and approved selling & working tools.

  • Provide on – going problem solving

2. Implementation for Sales intelligences solution (SIS)

  • Support in rolling out new solutions and train the frontline team on usage

  • Give inputs/feedback to SIS team to adapt the solution.

3. Implement Distribution Management Program

  • Assist sales locations to ensure salesforce (ASM/ SS) using standardized forms and procedures of AS&D (P&L form, routing…)

  • Assist sales locations to set up new routes, rerouting and other works as instructed in DMP

  • Frequent track routing performance & propose appropriate actions if any

  • Ensure distributor at location follow/comply with our policy (DCR's salary, promotion,…)

4. Business analysis:

  • Consolidate report of location & update to functional team

  • Maintain profile and records of performance of sales locations based on sales performance to analyze territory performance to identify business opportunity at 2 respective sales units.

  • Other tasks assigned by LM

Requirement:

  • Strong knowledge of GTM and distribution model

  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills

  • Good project management and drive for result

  • Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.

  • Strong communication/ interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English & Computer skills (MS Office)
