1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

-    Nghiên cứu thị trường, khách hàng mục tiêu, sản phẩm của công ty

-    Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các công việc được giao

-    Xây dựng, quản lý tối ưu page thương hiệu

-    Xây dựng, tối ưu ladipage đạt tỷ lệ chuyển đổi cao

-    Viết content cho team marketing ads theo order

-    Viết content SEO cho website

-    Viết kịch bản video, làm việc với KOL, KOCs

-    Phối hợp vs team R&D, Design, Media lên nội dung cho các sản phẩm

-    Báo cáo kết quả hàng ngày, tuần, tháng

-    Đề xuất đóng góp ý tưởng mới

-    Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý

2. THU NHẬP

-    Thu nhập: Lương cứng: tr + Phụ cấp + Thưởng ( thu nhập 20-30tr).

3.QUYỀN LỢI

4. YÊU CẦU

-    Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành liên quan marketing, truyền thông,..

-    Tối thiểu 02 năm làm việc tại vị trí Content Marketing/ Leader content/Branding

-    
Ưu tiên đam mê lĩnh vực làm đẹp, có hiểu biết về ngành mỹ phẩm

-    Hướng ngoại, năng động, linh hoạt, không ngại thay đổi.

-    Có kiến thức và kỹ năng nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, sản phẩm

-    Có chuyên môn sâu về marketing như content, design,..

-    Thành thạo viết content ads, content ladipage chuyển đổi.

-    Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ AI như: Chat GPT,…

-    Có khả năng sáng tạo và đưa ra các ý tưởng marketing mới

-    Có khát vọng, chủ động và nhiệt huyết hoàn thành các công việc được giao

-    Cởi mở, sẵn sàng học hỏi, tiếp thu các góp ý

-    Có thể đi làm ngay.
