About the Company
Adecco's client, a highly reputable non-life insurance company is looking for an experienced and driven
Senior Sales Manager
to lead the expansion of its business. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance, developing distribution channels, and strengthening market presence across corporate segments.
You will play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, coaching the sales team, and delivering strong business growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for non-life insurance products (Motor, Health, Property, Liability, Engineering, PA, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate and retail client portfolios.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with partners and brokers.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Monitor performance, analyze sales results, and implement improvement plans.
- Provide ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and market updates.
Market Insights & Product Support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approach.
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Claims teams to ensure competitive offerings and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare reports on sales performance and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all sales activities follow regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum
7–10 years of experience in Non-Life Insurance
, with at least 5
years in a managerial role
. - Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities
- Good command of English.
