The Role
As our Founding GTM Lead - AI, you'll architect and scale Glacis's go-to-market engine - designing data-driven GTM playbooks, turbocharging customer success, and help build a stellar GTM team that powers our global expansion. You'll partner directly with Fortune 500 customers - mining their pain points into strategic initiatives - while optimizing recruitment, onboarding, and cross-functional processes at startup speed. This high-ownership seat lets you wear multiple hats, own the metrics that matter, and leave your mark on Glacis's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- GTM Operations & Recruitment: Drive strategic recruitment initiatives specifically targeted at building and scaling the GTM organization (sales, customer success, partnerships).
- Customer Success & Strategic Insight: Engage closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their operational needs and pain points. Translate insights directly into product feedback, growth strategies, and scalable operational processes.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes to maximize productivity, ensuring efficiency across customer-facing functions and product delivery.
- Marketing & Growth Initiatives: Lead LinkedIn content planning, coordinate participation in industry events, and drive content creation aligned with Glacis's brand and growth objectives.
- Design & Tools: Build internal decks and lightweight assets using no-code tools.
- Documentation & Systems: Implement processes and maintain internal knowledge bases, SOPs, and cross-functional trackers.
You might be who we're looking for if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations or generalist roles; ideally in a fast-paced or venture-backed startup.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication in English (this is a must).
- Are obsessively organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Are comfortable working across time zones, teams, and responsibilities.
- Can write and design with clarity - strong storytelling and branding instincts are a plus.
- Are excited to work in a startup where priorities shift fast and new challenges pop up daily.
- Bonus: You've studied or worked abroad and can bring a global mindset to the team.
