Mục tiêu công việc
Ứng dụng công nghệ trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và các nền tảng no-code / low-code để thiết kế, xây dựng và quản lý website doanh nghiệp, đảm bảo website vừa có giao diện chuyên nghiệp, vừa phục vụ tốt cho hoạt động marketing và quản lý nội dung số.
Nhiệm vụ & Trách nhiệm chính
- Thiết kế và phát triển website đa trang (Trang chủ, Giới thiệu, Sản phẩm/Dịch vụ, Tin tức, Liên hệ, v.v.) bằng các công cụ hỗ trợ AI như Framer AI, Webflow, Wix AI, WordPress AI Plugin, hoặc Softr.
- Ứng dụng AI để hỗ trợ thiết kế giao diện, bố cục, tạo hình ảnh minh họa, banner, icon, video… (sử dụng ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, D-ID, Runway, v.v.).
- Viết nội dung tự động chuẩn SEO bằng AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…) và chỉnh sửa thủ công để phù hợp thương hiệu.
- Tối ưu trải nghiệm người dùng (UI/UX) và hiệu suất website.
- Tích hợp các công cụ marketing: form liên hệ, chatbot AI, gửi email tự động, hoặc liên kết Google Sheet/Notion CRM.
- Thiết lập tự động hóa quy trình đăng bài, quản lý nội dung bằng Zapier / Make / Notion API.
- Phối hợp cùng bộ phận marketing để cập nhật, bảo trì và cải tiến website định kỳ.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và thử nghiệm các công cụ AI mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc và chất lượng website.

- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ AI hỗ trợ sáng tạo nội dung và thiết kế: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, DALL·E, Notion AI…
- Biết các nguyên tắc UI/UX cơ bản, layout, màu sắc, font chữ, cấu trúc trang.
- Hiểu biết về SEO on-page, tối ưu hình ảnh, tốc độ tải trang.
- Biết kết nối và tự động hóa dữ liệu (Zapier, Make, Google Sheet, Notion API, form CRM)
- Biết chỉnh sửa HTML/CSS/JavaScript cơ bản là lợi thế.
- Có kỹ năng sử dụng AI để tạo ý tưởng thiết kế, bản demo, bản prototype nhanh.
Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Tư duy sáng tạo, yêu thích công nghệ mới, sẵn sàng học hỏi.
- Quản lý thời gian và dự án tốt.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp, phối hợp cùng team Marketing hoặc Kỹ thuật.
- Làm việc độc lập, chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng mới.
Kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 6 tháng – 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế web hoặc nội dung số.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng thiết kế web bằng công cụ AI hoặc có portfolio thực tế.
