I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Dẫn dắt nhóm Backend (11 developer)
    trong việc thiết kế, phát triển, và triển khai hệ thống
    ví điện tử / Fintech Platform
    bao gồm các tính năng:
  • Nạp – Rút tiền từ ngân hàng
    (TCB, ACB, VBBank)
  • Gửi – Nhận tiền P2P
  • Quản lý tài khoản & lịch sử giao dịch
  • Thông báo SMS / Push / Email
    ,
    Auto Provisioning
    ,
    MFA
    , và
    Audit & Monitoring.
  • Thiết kế
    kiến trúc hệ thống backend
    đảm bảo
    hiệu năng, bảo mật, khả năng mở rộng và tính ổn định cao.
  • Phân tích yêu cầu từ Product Owner (PO)
    , đề xuất
    giải pháp kỹ thuật tối ưu
    và đảm bảo khả năng tích hợp với hệ thống khác.
  • Review code
    , hỗ trợ team giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật phức tạp (DB performance, API optimization, concurrency, caching, message queue).
  • Đề xuất, triển khai
    các best practices về DevOps, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, alerting.
  • Quản lý tiến độ, phân công công việc, và đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động của nhóm backend.
  • Phối hợp với Mobile, QA, DevOps, Security, và PO
    để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ dự án.
  • Tham gia
    đào tạo và mentoring
    cho các thành viên junior/mid trong nhóm.

II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Tối thiểu 6–8 năm kinh nghiệm
    phát triển backend, trong đó có ít nhất
    2 năm ở vị trí Tech Lead / Team Lead.
  • Thành thạo một trong hai ngôn ngữ Golang hoặc Java.
  • Có kinh nghiệm sâu về:
  • RESTful API design
    , microservices, distributed systems.
  • Database:
    PostgreSQL, Redis cache, message queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • System architecture, performance tuning, và load balancing.
  • Hiểu rõ quy trình CI/CD, có kinh nghiệm làm việc cùng
    DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS/GCP).
  • Hiểu biết về bảo mật hệ thống
    ,
    authorization/authentication (OAuth2, JWT, MFA)
    và
    compliance (audit, log tracking).
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong:
  • Fintech, ví điện tử, banking integration hoặc payment gateway.
  • Event-driven architecture
    và
    domain-driven design (DDD).
  • Làm việc với các
    công nghệ realtime
    (WebSocket, gRPC, streaming).
  • Kỹ năng
    lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và phối hợp đa nhóm
    (PO, QA, Mobile, Infra).
  • Tư duy hệ thống, cầu toàn về kỹ thuật và chủ động giải quyết vấn đề.
