Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Operations (mainly focused)

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding operations: from generating onboarding plan & objectives, pre-onboard logistics, monitor tasks completion and outcome of new member throughout their onboarding milestones
  • Ensure new member experience in 1st day by preparing workspace, welcome kit, internal communication activities.
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize onboarding data to identify risks and remediation pathways.
  • Make verdict recommendations for onboarding period of new members based on data and insight, give input to Head of People and Business Owner for final deicsion making.
  • Maintain continuous improvement loop: capture lessons learned from each onboarding cohort, recommend updates to playbook and process flows.

Growth & Learning Operations

  • Collaborate in the Learning & Development squad to design learning instructional modules that align with GEEK Up's core values and ways of working.
  • Surface individual competency gaps, collaboration styles and growth of member, and coordinate targeted learning interventions.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Psychology, Education
    , or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Relation, People Operations,
    or similar roles — ideally within tech, product or flat environments.
  • Proven track record
    designing and operating end-to-end onboarding programs
    or training roadmaps.
  • Familiar with instructional design frameworks and able to apply them to role-based journeys is a big advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration
    and cross-functional
    (Business, Engineering, People Ops)
    coordination
    experience
  • Data-driven mindset:
    comfortable collecting, analysing and reporting onboarding/engagement metrics.
  • A confident yet empathetic communicator
  • skilled at influencing new members to adapt integrate with the new environment while keeping balanced relationship.

  • Experience in employee engagement & internal communications.
