Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall customer satisfaction by managing procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships.

This role is critical to ensuring that our POD operations align with Sellerwix's commitment to excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Forecast demand, plan capacity, and manage seasonal fluctuations to ensure readiness for peak periods.
• Partner with data and finance teams to plan and optimize cost, lead time, and inventory levels.

2. Supplier & Procurement Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage supplier partnerships to secure optimal cost, quality, and reliability.
• Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, defect rates, and responsiveness.
• Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key production partners and logistics vendors.

3. Production & Fulfillment Coordination

• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Work closely with internal and external production teams to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Support quality control and continuous process improvement initiatives.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Manage logistics network (warehouses, carriers, and last-mile delivery) for cost-effective, on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory and warehouse operations using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Account Management to address and resolve order issues.

5. Performance & Risk Management

• Track key supply chain KPIs: production time, shipping time, delivery rate, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions using data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and sustainability standards.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a growing team of Supply Chain Executives and Coordinators.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Build a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education

: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience

: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a POD, e-commerce, or manufacturing environment.
- Skills

:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications

: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is a plus.
