This program is exclusively for external referrers (non-CodeLink employees) who want to help their friends, peers, or former colleagues find meaningful career growth at CodeLink for current or future openings in our team.

Time To Refer

Our External Referral Bonus Program runs from now until the end of December 2025, and we welcome referrals anytime during this period.

How It Works

1. Click the "Apply for this job" button below to refer and include:

• Your full name and contact email/phone number (as the referrer)
• The resume and the applied role of the candidate(s) (Please make sure the candidate is aware and has consented to share their details with us.)

1. Our Talent Team will carefully review your submission and reach out directly to the candidate within 5 working days if there's a match.
2. If your referral is successfully hired and completes their 2-month probation period, we will contact you to process a Referral Bonus as a thank-you

Benefits

Referral Bonus Amounts

• Mid-Level: 20,000,000 VND
• Senior-Level: 30,000,000 VND
• Lead-level: 40,000,000 VND

1. Candidate Ownership

• The ownership of a referred candidate is valid for 12 months from the submission date.
• During these 12 months, if your referred candidate is hired for any position at CodeLink, you will be eligible for the Referral Bonus.
• If a referred candidate remains inactive in our recruiting database for 12 months, their referral record will be canceled. If resubmitted after cancellation and subsequently hired, the latest referrer will be credited.

2. Duplicate Referrals

• Referral bonus is not available for candidates already in CodeLink's recruiting database within the past 12 months.
• If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, the bonus will go to the first eligible referral recorded in CodeLink's recruiting database, subject to the remaining terms and conditions of this program. A referral is only considered eligible after the candidate confirms the relationship with the referrer.

3. Eligibility & Payment

• Referral bonuses are paid after the referred candidate successfully completes the 2-month probation period.
• We will contact the referrer using the provided contact details to arrange the bonus payment.

4. Your Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data for recruitment purposes only, such as sourcing and evaluating candidate applications. Personal data will not be used for any purpose incompatible with recruitment without your explicit consent.

From Candidates:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Resume/CV
• Your Relationship to them (optional)

Who Uses This Data

Your personal data is stored in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) System and may be accessed by:

• CodeLink Recruiters and Hiring Teams
• CodeLink Finance Team (for bonus processing)
