You will be working with a small team of senior developers and QA initially to build velocity and support as a foundation team. We work within an Agile SCRUM methodology.Domain: Real estate and property managementTeam size: > 15 (AU and India)Develop and maintain web applications using  .Manage state with  Redux , handle async flows using  Thunk/Saga , and optimize data fetching with  React Query .Integrate with backend APIs and ensure  responsive, optimized UI .Participate in  code reviews, testing, and deployments  via CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.Must have skills and experience:Strong hands-on experience with   and  TypeScript .Proficiency in  Redux, React Query , and async handling ( Thunk/Saga ).Experience with  CI/CD pipelines .Strong understanding of  web performance, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility .Ability to  communicate well in English  with foreign clientsPrefer if candidate has the following:– Experience working with foreign companies, in particular Australia– Experience working in a fast paced agile team– Is available to travel to Australia where required– Experience with React Native for mobile app development.About the companyBased in Melbourne, Seattle and Saigon, the company is a fast growing, small software firm that develops for clients as an agency as well as internal self owned/funded software.We value and understand the importance of our team and their happiness and career ambitions.
