We're Hiring: Middle & Senior Java Developers (5 Positions)

PoliteTech
 is urgently looking for 
experienced Java Developers
 to join our growing engineering team. We highly value candidates who can 
onboard as soon as possible
.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using 
    Java 8, J2EE, and Servlets
  • Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
  • Support integration and maintenance of existing .NET components

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
     in Java development
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Java 8, J2EE, and Servlet-based architectures
  • Solid understanding of OOP principles
     and 
    web application development
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC
     is a strong plus (a small part of the system uses .NET)
  • Familiarity with 
    SQL databases
     (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to 
    start immediately or within a short notice period
