  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared, presented, and served correctly.
  • Check portion size, garnish, and food quality.
  • Communicate menu updates and out-of-stock items.
  • Support commis with daily tasks, manage kitchen supplies and stock, and maintain food safety logs.
  • Help train, schedule, and motivate the team, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
