We are looking for a Sales Admin (Nhân Viên Hành Chính Kinh Doanh) to join our team in California Hanoi.

A. Mô tả công việc

  • Hỗ trợ hành chính cho bộ phận Kinh doanh: Biên soạn và tổng hợp báo cáo, ghi chép tài liệu và phổ biến tuân thủ các quy định hợp đồng hoa hồng.
  • Theo dõi tình hình hoạt động của bộ phận kinh doanh, kiểm tra chéo dữ liệu hợp đồng trên hệ thống nội bộ, hỗ trợ làm báo cáo định kỳ cho quản lý vùng.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Tài chính, Nhân sự, Payroll,...) để đảm bảo quy trình làm việc trơn tru.
  • Thực hiện các công việc hành chính khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

B. Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Ưu tiên có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hành chính, hỗ trợ kinh doanh hoặc tương đương.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Tư duy logic, cẩn thận, nhiệt tình, chịu được áp lực và có khả năng phối hợp nhóm.

C. Thu nhập

  • Thu nhập: Up to 9 triệu VND
