Job Description
As a Regional FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and consolidate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for the SEA region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group standards.
  • Deliver variance analysis and commentary to explain key business drivers and performance trends.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in collaboration with local finance and business teams.
  • Monitor business performance to identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Act as a finance partner to business units, ensuring financial impacts are considered in decisions.
  • Oversee product costing and working capital management, including inventory, debtors, and creditors.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and support audits, maintaining data integrity across systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional FP&A Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, CMA qualifications are highly preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting roles, ideally at regional or multi-entity level
  • Strong commercial finance acumen, prior exposure to MNCs in Technology, FMCG, Banking or industrial companies
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario modelling
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
