Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve logistics planning and execution aligned with LEAN principles.
  • Ensure compliance with EPE policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional relationships with government agencies.
  • Lead bonded material e-handbook team and ensure customs compliance.
  • Analyze logistics costs and prepare monthly reports.
  • Handle logistics exceptions and crisis situations.
  • Manage logistics documentation and training.
  • Control logistics costs and maintain records.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Manage chemicals, consumables, and defective/scrap products.
  • Implement 5S housekeeping and forklift maintenance.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and assess performance.
  • Optimize warehouse processes and ensure FIFO inventory flow.
  • Support shift rotations (day/night).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of EPE logistics experience.
  • Forklift certification required; chemical handling and technical drawing interpretation are advantages.
  • Strong import/export experience.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and warehouse operations.
