Job Description
  • To coordinate and monitor the effective implementation of quality management system throughout the organization as management representative or key user.
  • To coordinate collecting, submitting, and proffering required quality record and sample in field quality for self certification purposes.
  • To lead field quality activities and ensure the field quality inspection, sampling, and testing met the quality standard, in line with APAC quality and local regulatory requirements.
  • To implement seeds quality improvement program in field quality by developing, tracking, and improving leading indicators of quality.
  • To develop and review seeds quality inspection, sampling, and testing in field production to ensure the seeds met the quality standard.
  • To insure the effective implementation of HSE requirement within field quality team.
  • Develop the team members and interactions within and across the section to establish field quality team as capable, responsive partner to other section.
  • To identify / develop relevant field quality related needs and deliver trainings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, agricultural, science or related academics background
  • Understanding of seeds or agricultural supply chain processes would be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in Quality Assurance in Seeds Production, or for consumer products manufacturers.
  • Demonstrate experiences working across functional boundaries while driving quality improvements.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-regional environment
  • Perseverance to strive for high standards and creatively approach roadblocks in the journey of improvement
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries.
  • Strong process and system driven approach with ability to create comprehensive documentation.
