Dream Job Alert $5,000/month salary awaits We're hiring a Head of Quality (Garment, Open for Expat, ID19448) for a foreign investment company.

  • Oversee all Quality Assurance and Control activities for Vietnam, Cambodia JV, and future COO operations.
  • Represent the company in quality-related meetings, audits, and claims discussions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a Quality Strategy that promotes root cause problem-solving and prevention-first culture.
  • Review and align the Quality Vision with operational and customer strategies.
  • Drive regional standardization and harmonization of quality processes and systems across all locations.
  • Review and monitor Quality KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and highlight potential quality risks to management.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, bonding, printing, and embroidery across multiple product types (knits, wovens, leggings, tights, bras, rain jackets, etc.).
  • Ensure strong understanding of material compositions, fabric and trim handling, lab testing, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain robust QA/QC systems including inline inspections, end-line audits, and AQL standards.
  • Ensure compliance with major buyer requirements (Puma, Adidas, Nike, etc.).
  • Utilize Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
  • Lead the introduction and implementation of digital tools (e.g., inline tablets, dashboards, AI-driven systems) to enhance quality monitoring and reporting.
  • Clearly communicate quality issues, root causes, and sustainable solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and international brand QA representatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between production, technical, and quality teams, ensuring collaborative problem-solving.
  • Serve as the key spokesperson for Quality in all customer interactions and audits.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to elevate their quality skills and awareness across all functions.
  • Build and sustain a strong, motivated, and performance-driven Quality team.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Gender:Male or Female
  • Age:Between 40 and 50 years old
  • Nationality:Vietnamese or Expat currently residing in Vietnam
  • Education:Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience:Minimum10 years of experiencein a similar leadership position (Director / Head level) within apparel manufacturing companies producingsportswear garments(e.g., Puma, Adidas, etc.) with a factory size of over 1,000 employees.
  • Language:Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
