Responsibilities:E-commerce Management & Sales GrowthAchieve a monthly sales target of 1.5 billion VND across all online channels.Manage and maintain the company website (built on the Haravan platform), ensuring all product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for sales.Oversee and actively manage our presence on key e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee and Lazada, to maximize sales performance and visibility.Ensure 100% product availability online by coordinating closely with the inventory and procurement teams.Brand Compliance & ContentEnsure all online content, product descriptions, and imagery strictly adhere to Apple Premium Reseller (APR) guidelines and branding standards.Regularly audit the website and marketplace listings to ensure brand consistency and compliance.Customer Experience & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across all online channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and chatbox platforms.Provide timely, professional, and helpful responses to product queries, order status updates, and customer service issues.Order Fulfillment & LogisticsManage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including the accurate and secure packing of goods.Ensure timely handover of packed orders to the designated logistics/shipping team and maintain records of shipments.Monitor order processing to ensure fast and accurate delivery to customers.Job Requirements:Proven experience in e-commerce sales and operations, preferably within the technology or retail sector.Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Hands-on experience managing listings and driving sales on key platforms like Shopee and Lazada.Familiarity with e-commerce website management platforms; experience with Haravan is a strong advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Specify language(s), e.g., English and Vietnamese] for professional customer interaction.Strong understanding of Apple products and the ability to articulate their features and benefits to customers.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Apple Premium Reseller guidelines or experience in a similar authorized reseller environment is a plus.Compensation & Benefits :Salary: negotiable upon the ability13th month/bonus etc depending on performance of the Company and the individual staffSI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor CodeAt least 14 annual years, increased accordingly to seniority12 public holidays per yearWork Location: Ho Chi Minh City: Vạn Hạnh Mall, District 10Working Hours: Shift-based schedule:Morning shift: 09:30 AM – 03:30 PMAfternoon shift: 03:30 PM – 10:00 PM Employees are entitled to 1 day off per week, with prior notice at least one week in advance for shift arrangement (compensating for Sunday).Apply CV: hr_admin_hcm@thakralvn.com
