**Job Summary**:
This role focuses on Online shops execution, enhancing Clients & customers’ satisfaction, and driving the strategic direction of key accounts. The KAM will work closely with the Senior KAM and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of eCommerce strategies and initiatives

**General Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Operations**:

- Execute daily operations of e-store: listing products, submitting deals, registering campaigns, and setting up promotions on online platforms.
- Maintain and update master data including product details, pricing, and promotional schemes.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track and report performance metrics across accounts and campaigns.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess strategy alignment and propose improvements.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports as assigned.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, Media, Design, Operation) to align on promotions, product launches, and stock availability.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and business continuity.

**Consumer Engagement**:

- Follow up and support execution of merchandising activities, loyalty programs, and monthly promotional plans.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficient in Seller Center, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practices.
- Good analytical skills and experience with dashboards, data interpretation, and reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strategic mindset, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry; experience with platforms or enablers preferred.
- Preferred: background in beauty, personal care, or pharma-cosmetics industries.
