**Description**:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist with expertise in GenAI and business solutions. This role is crucial in driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions that leverage our GenAI and business solutions capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GenAI and business solutions domain to drive growth and increase market share.
- **Client Consultations**: Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide consultative sales support to potential clients. Present and demonstrate the value of our GenAI solutions tailored to the clients' business requirements.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring alignment with sales goals and profitability targets.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Use these insights to inform strategic sales initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the business development, technical, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive growth initiatives.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales within the technology sector, particularly in GenAI and business solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and commitment to achieving sales targets.

- New business opportunities identified and pursued.
- Sales targets achieved and exceeded.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Quality and success of sales presentations and proposals.
