_We are looking for a Production Planning and Procurement Manager for our client who has experience in creating and distributing innovative packaging solutions worldwide._

**Responsibilities**
- Led the comprehensive process of planning and procuring raw materials, work-in-progress, supplies, and finished products, working closely with the production planner as a direct report.
- To directly execute the production planning process for the Sleeves and Prefolds lines, and standardize it.
- Led or supported new product development projects
- Led the fast wraps planning area, identifying issues and implementing improvements including (Viindoo) system management.
- Be the direct contact for the Purchasing and Logistics teams, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled optimally and on time.
- Support the sleeve production project, ensuring its operational excellence, proper execution, and control.
- Monitor the production process of fast wraps, sleeves, and pre-folds by establishing KPIs to promptly identify deviations from production plans
- Work with suppliers in order to maintain high-quality products and processes. This responsibility is to interact with suppliers to communicate the company's needs and work with them in continuous improvement.
- Support the company's Global Sourcing by identifying and developing new potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with QC to implement QC programs, and ensure the completion of product quality (Standard: right color, code, size) for the production making.

**Qualifications**

1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in new product development and process improvement initiatives.
- Language: Vietnamese (Proficiency) and English (Minimum B2 level) communication

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in production planning processes and tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in managing production systems like Viindoo.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics management.

3. Leadership and Coordination:

- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects effectively.
- Excellent coordination abilities to work closely with various departments such as production, purchasing, logistics, and quality control.

4.Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues in the production process and implement effective improvements.
- Ability to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production processes.
