Reporting to: Procurement Lead, Vietnam

Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office

In this role, you are the single point of contact for all New Product Development (NPD), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Productivity Projects. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and all related functions to ensure projects are successfully delivered. This role also supports external capability building to drive manufacturing efficiencies.
- Lead NPD sourcing in cooperation with sourcing leads at a regional level,
- Identify and manage connectivity of Spend Area teams with functional stakeholders, suppliers and internal Procurement teams to drive BCP and Productivity project.
- Leading external manufacturing and outsourcing projects under local responsibility
- Coordinate the link with strategies development, implementation and external capability building in Vietnam to meet local business expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities and actively drive changes as needed
- Manage local commercial supplier relationships and contracts wherever applicable
- Support and drive sustainability, compliance, quality control, DOH, and cash flow improvements.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant area
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement or relevant supply chain
- Strong Procurement capability and supply chain management
- Proven experience in supplier selection, contracting and relationship management.
- Proven leadership, communication and people management skills
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
