A Motion Designer will be creating animations and video editing tasks as his or her main task. He/ She will also support some graphic design tasks if necessary. Responsible for helping execute the creative direction of campaigns, should have good skills for motion design/ animation, and a general understanding of typography, layout, animation, and art direction which are needed to help the team produce the best work possible.

**What You'll Do**:
The specific details of a junior motion designer's role will vary depending on the role, but common activities include:

- Responsible for helping to create animated GIFs/ videos to be used in various channels
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Supporting different departments as needed

**Who You Are**:

- BA university degree
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same position
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- Adeptness with leading design software packages
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Some creative industry experience
- Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Accuracy and attention to detail
