Our **Motion Graphics Designer** plays an essential role in the creation/ adaptation and development of original and exciting commercials and content, as well as the adaptation localization of regional masters for hyper local use. They bring exceptional creative thought and craft, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Work on video adaptations of TV & Social Media campaigns.
- Create digital animations and projects (iMedia, Social Media) and visuals and implements visual concepts for the clients of the agency.
- Adapt digital campaigns and materials to the design solutions used by the clients of the agency.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work alongside editors, online artists, producers, creatives and clients to ensure that motion graphics sequences are completed to a high standard.
- Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
- Participate in creative problem solving throughout the production process (including pre-pro)
- Advise on graphics and support post production team
- Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effect, Premiere Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of encoding/transcoding, codecs, video formats, file types, frame rates, resolutions
- Although no specific educational or training qualifications are required for the role, wide experience and knowledge of various software is essential.
- Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience as a Motion Designer (Video, Digital, iMedia campaigns) or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects.
- Very good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of the rules and the ability to build good compositions and animations.
- Knowledge of compositing in After Effects/C4D - rotoscoping, keying, cleaning and matte painting - will be appreciated.
- Experience with photo manipulation and/or illustrations.
- Basic knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of advertising format specifications in conventional media, video, digital and social media.
- Conceptual skills concerning the graphic idea (inventing or co-inventing visual solutions).
- Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills.

**Advantageous**
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for online visual content
- First-hand working experience with websites & online ads.
- Experience in creating video and motion graphics.
