The Connected Devices group builds solutions that enable Axon's devices to seamlessly communicate with each other and with our cloud services. Our mission-critical work supports real-time safety and operational efficiency for public safety professionals.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of these complex systems. Your contributions will directly improve the experience and safety of users around the world.

**Your Impact**
- Influence early-stage development by reviewing requirements and shaping test strategies.
- Deliver reliable releases through effective test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Strengthen automation coverage and maintain a stable regression suite.
- Enhance team velocity by streamlining QA workflows and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Promote a culture of quality through mentoring and shift-left testing practices.
- Help ensure Axon delivers high-impact, reliable solutions that advance public safety.

**What You'll Do**

**Location**:Hybrid working in our HCMC office**
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Vietnam and the US to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review requirements and technical designs to provide early, actionable QA feedback.
- Build test plans, design and execute test cases, and report progress, defects, and results to stakeholders.
- Manage bug triage and validation to ensure timely resolution and maintain release quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for new features and regression using the existing framework.
- Enhance automation functions, resolve flaky tests, and sustain a robust regression suite.
- Continuously refine QA processes for greater efficiency, reliability, and test coverage.
- Leverage hands-on experience with AI tools to create and automate test cases and ensure end-to-end coverage.

**What You Bring**
- Strong foundation in QA methodologies, best practices, and test management processes.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environments; scripting skills in Python or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Demonstrated ability to extend automation test coverage, improving test reliability, and maintaining existing scripts and test flows
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience testing embedded systems or hardware-connected devices is a strong plus.
- Background in deep learning frameworks is a plus
