Marketing Specialist

**What are you expected to do?**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Maintain marketing databases, including customer contact lists and lead information.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and preparing reports.
- Help create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team on event planning and promotion.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and analytics.
- Conduct market research and compile findings for team use.
- Assist recruitment team in coordination and admin

**You’ll be a great fit if**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing tools.
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools for creating marketing visuals.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and creating social media content.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and priorities workload.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, content marketing) is a plus

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
