We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive to support our marketing team with a blend of administrative tasks and event coordination responsibilities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between our distributor teams, regional office and trade outlets, while upholding brand standards across all marketing activations.

**Make an Impact**:
**Administrative Support**
- Provide day
- to-day administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, processing of documentations.
- Assist in preparation of: Monthly Marketing Reports, Social Media e-filing, Compile quarterly RSP and Product Listings
- Prepare A&P Budget Templates
- Coordinate with Finance teams on timely submissions of expense reimbursements. monthly expenses report submission and reconciliation.
- Track and manage payments to suppliers, agencies, and distributor.
- Marketing stocks balance report to ensure procedures are followed with PCS/FOC form request.
- Maintain, manage internal databases, files and content libraries and dissemination to the appropriate teams.
- Arrangement of courier service for samples, POSM.

**A&P: Management Brand Investment Trackers**
- Process invoices on the SAP systems, i.e Creation of Purchase Orders
- Check and verify supporting documentations against completion of projects before payment
- Update respective tracker files.

**Event Coordination**
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, brand activations, meetings in collaboration with distributor trade teams and outlets, including scheduling, venue bookings and logistics.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event setup and execution.
- Monitor on
- site activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and overall event quality.
- Under the guidance from the Marketing Manager, act as a communication bridge between brand marketing and distributor trade teams to ensure clear understanding of campaign objectives
- Support the implementation of point
- of -sale materials (POSM) and promotional campaigns across retail outlets.
- Track performance and provide feedback on marketing activities executed at the outlet level.
- Support Audits and field checks required by the Marketing Manager to assess brand visibility and activation effectiveness.

**Your Talent and Skills**:

- Diplomat/University Graduate (Business Administration/Business/Marketing is preferred)
- Min. 3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role preferred
- Energetic, attention to detail, confident, self-motivated and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and impersonal skills
- Proficiency in in MS Suite Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Inter-cities travel required (10%)
