MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support the Events Manager in handling event inquiries, proposals, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather detailed event requirements and ensure all expectations are clearly communicated.
- Prepare and update Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and related documentation accurately and on time.
- Conduct site inspections and assist clients in visualizing event setups.
- Liaise with operational teams (F&B, Kitchen, AV, Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, etc.) to ensure flawless event execution.

Event Execution & Support
- Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure all arrangements meet client and brand standards.
- Monitor event progress and promptly resolve any issues or last-minute changes.
- Maintain a professional presence and act as the key contact for clients during events.

Administration & Reporting
- Manage event files, contracts, and billing procedures.
- Assist in preparing post-event evaluations and client feedback reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s event management system.
- Support in achieving departmental sales and guest satisfaction targets.

Brand & Service Excellence
- Uphold Regent’s standards of elegance, discretion, and personalized service in every guest interaction.
- Anticipate client needs and demonstrate proactive, solution-oriented communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create bespoke event experiences that reflect the hotel’s positioning as a luxury destination.

- Appealing remuneration, including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning or sales within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
