The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. **About the Team**:

We bridge the gap between product development and business teams by providing rapid technical support, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable products, and equipping users with the knowledge they need to succeed. With a focus on excellence, efficiency, and innovation, Product Operations empower the business to thrive.
- As a Product Operations team member, you will be the backbone of our products, ensuring the health and continuity of our platform by providing rapid technical support, conducting rigorous testing, and fostering seamless collaboration with stakeholders. You’ll also help equip teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, making a tangible impact on the success of our products. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering results, and contributing to a high-performing team.
- Promptly address and prioritize product issues based on business impact; balance priorities among stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business requirements are met and edge cases are thoroughly addressed.
- Execute feature release checklists, create user guides, and develop educational content to ensure teams understand and adopt new features effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business users' inquiries about feature logic.
- Implement product configuration changes based on business requests.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in product operations, technical support, IT support or quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, can quickly assess and resolve complex issues following established escalation procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness in addressing edge cases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities.
- Experience in writing and executing queries to support data analysis and troubleshooting.
