Our client has been focused on developing institutional-grade factories and warehouses for rent to capitalize on Vietnam's increasing domestic consumption, e-commerce boom, and the reallocation of manufacturing and supply chain activities to Southeast Asia.
- Train, mentor, and retain team members. Set team KPIs and guide the team to meet both the budget and employee KPIs.
- Create new and extend business possibilities by networking, connection development, prospecting, and upselling existing clients on more services.
- Discovers future requirements of renters and landlords by using strong sales abilities. gives important information about lease availability, market circumstances, and property valuations. Proposes a number of challenging answers.
- Gather information on properties for customers, including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, progress updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
- Create and review requests for proposals (RFP). Prepare real estate reports based on data analysis that includes typical asking rents, renters in the area, historical information, and market comparisons.
- Help lawyers draft real estate contracts, including deeds, leases, and mortgages. conducts due diligence and participates in contract negotiations.
- Keep up with changes in law, property prices, and market circumstances that might impact the real estate sector.
- Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials.
- Maintain current and correct data in the databases of the firm.

**Requirements**:

- BSc degree in Estate Management/Business/Marketing or relevant majors
- At least 5+ years of work experience
- Fluency in English
- Well-honed marketing abilities.
- Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly.
- Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Considerate of outgoing tenants.
