**A. Job Responsibilities**
**Implementing and managing full-lifecycle recruitment process**
- Create and manage daily job openings across multiple platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, networks, referral.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain external recruitment channels, networks and platforms to support with recruitment planning and activities.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruitment practices.

**Reporting**
- Track the progress of each applicant and keep their records updated in applicant tracking system.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire,...
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Generates detailed reports on crucial recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

**Recruitment Marketing**
- Support Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing activities of Prudential Bancassurance to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop & promote contents, visual to promote Prudential Bancassurance Career.
- Work closely with recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges.
- Track, measure and report on recruitment marketing campaign/activities results based on collected data.

- Ensure efficiency and timely fulfillment of recruitment demands.
- Ensure compliance by actively monitoring and implementing recruitment policies, procedures, and practices that align with PVA's requirements/policies.
- Ensure secure and efficient data management across the system.

**C. Job Requirements**
**Knowledge**
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional platforms.
- Background in using recruitment system or other relevant software such as applicant tracking system.
- Experience in posting jobs online.
