AI Residency Program Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
SCOPE OF WORK AND POSITION DESCRIPTION
**University Recruitment & Relations**:
Oversee and manage the recruitment process for AI residents and research interns, aiming to bring top homegrown talent into the program.
**Training & Operations Coordination**:
Lead the development and execution of training programs for AI research scientists, fostering collaboration across departments to optimize operations.
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate and oversee the Applied Rotation Program (ARP), working closely with the Applied team and senior engineers to ensure smooth transitions and project assignments for the residents.
Manage and engage with the Alumni Association, organizing regular events to develop the network.
Organize program-specific events.
**Marketing & Communication**:
Collaborate with relevant internal teams to strategize recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across multiple channels.
Be a point of contact in all matters concerning the AI Residency Program.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
A strong network within top Vietnamese universities and research institutions is advantageous.
Proven experience in managing talent programs or similar roles.
Strong background in university recruitment, training, and operations management.
Proficient in marketing and communications, with experience in designing marketing materials and managing social media campaigns.
Excellent leadership abilities and a track record of successful project and team management.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
**Desirable Skills**:
Ability to manage complex training systems and coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with different stakeholders.
Skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies for recruitment and AI projects.
