- Support in answering client queries about product specifications and uses via Facebook and Zalo. Maintaining client relations from Japan and Vietnam.
- Identifying customer needs, handling their claims about the loss or damage during the transportation.
- Forwarding and transferring inquiries to relevant individuals and departments in order to solve customer's concern.
- Ensure that all data are inputted in ERP and are up to date for customers and GM (General Manager) to track.
- Utilize new sales opportunities through maintaining good relationships and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Be proactive in collecting customer's feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service.
- Follow up with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
