Job Summary:
- This position that develop and execute the online Marketing activities to optimize ads performance, enhance website performance, and manage our CRM strategies.
- A highly analytical and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques
Key Accountabilities:
ADS PERFORMANCE:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising activities/ projects across various platforms, including Social Ads and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns' performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization activities/ projects.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key performance metrics, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
WEBSITE PERFORMANCE:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, using insights to make informed recommendations for website enhancements.
- Work closely with the web development team to implement technical SEO best practices and ensure website functionality.
- Analyze website analytics data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for website enhancements.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track and analyze customer behavior and preferences.
- Create and segment customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement personalized customer journeys to enhance brand loyalty.
DATA ANALYSIS:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital and CRM initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity for CRM initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to optimize campaign performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor spending, report on financial performance, and make recommendations for budget adjustments.

**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 4+ years of experience working with proven experience in digital marketing and CRM, preferably in the fashion industry.
Work related skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Experience with Ads platforms, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM optimizing tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
