**Job description**:
As a **Reporting Analyst**, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and performance analysis. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
**Your Role**:

- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare and oversee **monthly Profit & Loss statements** and financial forecasts.
- Conduct **variance analysis** to compare actual results with budgeted figures.
- Support the **annual account closing process**, including balance sheets and income statements.
- **Data Verification & Compliance**
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of **financial and accounting records**.
- Assist in managing scope-specific requirements related to **financial controlling**.
- **Process Optimization & Development**
- Develop **financial reporting tools** to support local entities and the group.
- Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and **resolve structural challenges**.
- **Collaboration & Support**
- Work with the **administrative team** on client invoicing and **litigation management**.
- Train and **support your team** in using reporting tools and financial processes.

**Your Profile***:

- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, or Auditing**.
- At least **6 months of experience** in Audit or Finance.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Power Query is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and **problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and quickly adapt to change.
- Strong communication and **teamwork abilities**.
- **Languages**:

- Fluency in **Vietnamese and English** is required.
- **French** or any additional foreign language is a plus.
