As a Reporting Analyst, you will support financial steering and business decision-making across the group. You will contribute to the development of performance analysis tools and play a key role in monthly reporting processes.

**Your missions***:

- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and forecast financial performance
- Perform monthly variance analysis on budget vs. actuals
- Verify and control different accounting records
- Participate in annual account closing (balance sheet, income statement)
- Develop and improve financial tools for group and entity-level reporting
- Support the administrative department with client invoicing and litigation tracking
- Coach the team on financial tools and internal processes
- Support the financial controllers in managing specific topics across scope

**Your profile***:

- 1-3 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or audit
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
- Fluent Vietnamese and English. French is a plus.
- You have strong critical thinking, enjoy solving problems, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
