**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for providing assistance and support to customers by processing client related requests while working closely together with the sales and finance team.
- Day-to-day sales support activities, ensuring high responsiveness to customer queries, requests and orders, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction, retention, and team productivity.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Follow-up on Accounts Receivables.
- Supporting Finance Department with posting payments and preparation of filing documents.
- Preparation of supporting documents for travel and computing of travel allowances for sales managers.
- Support Accounting manager during projects and (internal and tax) audits.
- Report to local management on customer service-related issues, and order fulfilment incidents that require investigation and resolution with customers, and review of sales processes.
- Initiate and maintain healthy relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and finance compliance guidelines.
- Work with sales support manager on projects and provide objective feedback relative to new or existing sales processes.
- Provide a high level of support to sales managers/ representatives and customers.
- Participate in customer visits and negotiations where requested.
- Travel to regional headquarters in Singapore for trainings and meetings.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service or back-office duties.
- Experience in logistics and warehouse (import / export) or accounting is an advantage.
- Technical-inclined, with experience using SAP systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail
- Good administration skills.
- Friendly and professional, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive and driven.
- Loyal with a sense of integrity.
- Critical decision-making and analytical skills.
