**BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR FINANCE ANALYSIS EXECUTIVE**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Executive Level

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Mplaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Being a member of both SMD TB Operation, Finance management to assist in developing and delivering the SMD TB Company’s strategy through the provision of the financial advice and management information as well as the development of financial knowledge and commercial awareness across the SMD TB.

**Reports to**: Finance Accounting Manager

**Reporting Level**:Manage self

**Geographic Scope**:Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Daily review of all postings related to the AR and AP transactions.
- Manage all GL postings.
- Review monthly actuals of statutory accounts.
- Review and ensure all financial accounting records are accurate.
- Assist Finance Manager in preparation periodical statutory, group financial statements
- Responsibility for annual reviews and supports others operations functions in term of internal policy and procedure
- Do assist group reporting on HFM, BI, BPC
- Control and support other team members.
- Support on working with internal audit, external audit, taxfor AR/AP, GL.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experienced in preparing financial statements.
- At least 3 years working experience in a supervisory role in reputable company
- In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS.
- Good working knowledge of key elements of the Operation.
- Good command of English
- Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all level
- Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Good management skills and tasks delegation skills

BENEFICIAL
- Understand the impact of the accounting process and practice (IFRS and group reporting guidelines). Good knowledge of Management Accounting techniques in relation to Over Head Budget.
