Finance Analyst

**Objectives**:
We are seeking a Finance Analyst support financial decision-making by conducting budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, improving financial control through variance monitoring and trend analysis, ensuring compliance via internal audits and process improvements, enhancing financial reporting accuracy, and managing cash flow to optimize liquidity and investment opportunities.
- Budgeting: Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Financial control: Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Cost analysis: Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Financial reporting: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Cashflow management: manages all of the company’s assets to maximize liquidity and reduce risk, ensuring that a company has a steady cash flow, may explore investment options for excess cash

**Job Requirements**:
**Skills & Knowledge & Qualification**
- 0-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- Experience from Big 4 is a plus
- Achieved qualification or studying ACCA, CPA is a big plus
- High proficiency with financial modeling and techniques
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
