- Plan and prepare OTB, merchandising strategy for each season's buying and coordinate with store managers in ordering stock

- Suggest periodic promotions (special discounts or offers, corporate or VIP events) in order to increase clients acquisitions, traffic and revenues in assigned brands’ stores
- Đề xuất các chương trình (giảm giá đặc biệt, sự kiện cho khách hàng VIP) để tăng lượng khách đến mua sắm tại cửa hàng cũng như tăng doanh số bán hàng cho các cửa hàng thuộc nhãn hàng được giao_
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales, traffic, inventory and other reports) and analyze performance of each brand’s stores
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo tuần và báo cáo tháng theo tiêu chuẩn đề ra của từng nhãn hàng và phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động của từng nhãn hàng trong tuần và trong tháng_
- Responsible for developing and implementing new store opening plans in coordination with related departments
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch mở cửa hàng mới với sự phối hợp của các phòng ban liên quan_
- Organize store’s training schedule and supervise the test of each season
- Tổ chức lịch đào tạo cho từng cửa hàng và giám sát các buổi kiểm tra sau đào tạo cho mỗi mùa_
- Implement and organize annual performance reviews: prepare data, assist Retail Director in setting up specific business objectives to improve performance
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc bộ phận Bán lẻ trong việc chuẩn bị báo cáo hàng năm và đặt ra những tiêu chí để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của các nhãn hàng được giao_
- Ensure that assigned brands’ stores staff are aware and comply with Company’s policies and procedures
- Đảm bảo nhân viên làm việc tại các cửa hàng thuộc nhãn hàng được giao nắm rõ và thực hiện đúng các chính sách và qui chế của công ty đề ra_
- Visit assigned brands’ stores on a regular basis
- Đi kiểm tra các cửa hàng theo lịch của bộ phận Bán lẻ_
- Analyze stores’ stock levels, sales and discuss ways to improve store performance with Retail Director.
- Phân tích số liệu hàng hóa tồn kho cũng như doanh số bán để có kế hoạch đẩy mạnh việc bán hàng cho từng cửa hàng._
- Identify and suggest ways to improve service practices and procedures
- Đề xuất các phương án mới để cải thiện dịch vụ khách hàng và các qui chế thực hiện_
- Build incentive program to motivate, and encourage store sales staff to achieve sales target
- Xây dựng các chính sách thưởng theo doanh số để động viên khuyến khích nhân viên đạt chỉ tiêu_
- Carry on other assigned tasks
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao trong thời gian làm việc tại bộ phận Bán lẻ_
