Lập bản đồ, tìm nguồn cung ứng và phỏng vấn ứng viên dựa trên JD._
- Hỗ trợ đội ngũ tuyển dụng nội bộ phát triển mạng lưới quan hệ với các ứng viên tiềm năng trên thị trường dựa trên nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhằm củng cố nguồn ứng viên và cơ sở dữ liệu của Tam Sơn._
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các ứng viên để hỗ trợ họ trong quá trình tuyển dụng và hỗ trợ ứng viên cho đến khi tiếp nhận_.
- Participate in developing and proposing updates to policies, procedures, and guiding documents for the implementation of talent acquisition.
- Tham gia xây dựng và đề xuất cập nhật các chính sách, quy trình, văn bản hướng dẫn triển khai công tác thu hút nhân tài._
- Phối hợp triển khai các hoạt động xây dựng thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng và hành trình trải nghiệm của ứng viên, tập trung vào thị trường bán lẻ._
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Work experience in headhunter and mass recruitment in retail industry
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực headhunter và tuyển dụng mass trong ngành bán lẻ_
- Familiar with social media platforms, Linkedln, and professional networks
- Quen thuộc với các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội, LinkedIn và các nền tảng chuyên nghiệp_
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng full-cycle, sử dụng các kỹ thuật phỏng vấn và phương pháp đánh giá khác nhau_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Giao tiếp tốt và có các kỹ năng xã hội_
- A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results
- Thái độ dám làm mạnh mẽ với động lực mạnh mẽ để đạt được kết quả_
- Willing to go beyond functional boundaries
