About Lemon8

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, onboard and closely manage suitable creators to drive the growth of the home vertical, develop strategies for improving home content quality and performance
- Track and analyze the performance of on-hand creators through data-driven insights including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth
- Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8.
- Home topics and campaign planning; Create the trend in home and work with creators to make it viral
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and creator strategy。
- Min. 1 year of experience in home-related work, including social media/brands/e-commerce/MCNs/creators community, with proven experience in KOL or social content planning
- Having a good connection with home KOL & partnerships, has an eye for good potential creators; If you are a creator, that would be a plus
- A working knowledge of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, FB groups
- Has excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is able to independently manage multiple tasks
- Good content sense and sensitivity to trends
- Proficiency in English is a must
