**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plans, develops, and manages the creation, delivery, and governance of content for eLearning and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-learning content strategy that aligns with educational goals, learner needs, and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough research to understand learner personas, learning objectives, and emerging trends in e-learning methodologies.
- Design content frameworks and curriculum structures that optimize learning outcomes and engagement.
- Understanding audience needs, setting goals for content, creating plans for content creation and distribution, and improve user experience (UX)
- Implement strategies for content assessment and evaluation, ensuring learning materials meet quality and effectiveness standards.
- Oversee and suggest enhancements to improve content quality overall.
- Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to organize, deliver, and track content performance and learner progress.
- Stay updated with advancements in educational technology, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles to enhance content delivery.
- Capable of effective cooperation and providing direct reporting to both leader and manager, with a proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Provide guidance and training to content development teams, ensuring adherence to instructional design principles and best practices.
- Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing content creation, digital advertising, and cross-functional collaboration.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 4 years of experience as a Content Creator with strong portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an eLearning content strategist and marketing content creator
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, and content management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
