- Support and supervise business planning and budget of the Group's business units.
- Analyse and provide critical insights at the Group level across key businesses, including for the monthly financial reviews and board meetings.
- BUs' KPIs management supporting the Group's optimizing capital allocation plan.
- Support on financial modelling and evaluation for new investment initatives.
- Support in business synergies' initiatives.
- Monthly and Quarterly report at the Group level.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor of Business / Finance.
- Internationally accredited finance certificate (such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA) would also be preferable.

**Experience**:

- Strong finance background with at least 3 years of experience in one of the following sectors:

- Financial/Corporate Excellence Advisory at Big4.
- Corporate finance/Finance business partner.
- Private equity portfolio management.

Work related skills:

- Excellent financial modelling, financial evaluation, financial analysis.
- Good project management skills.
- Proficient in microsoft excel.
- Experienced with business intelligence software (ie. Power Query, Power BI, ).
- Proven data management skills.

Soft skills:

- Good business sense.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with a data and fact driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and Result-oriented.
- Strong learning attitude.
