We are a multinational corporation (MNC) operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically in hygiene and homecare products. Our product range includes handwash, sanitizer, wet wipes (under the brand Walch), and laundry detergent pods/capsules (branded as KA and ArFum Fresh Hy). As we continue to expand rapidly, we anticipate introducing additional product categories, such as personal care, to the market in the near future. To support our growth, we are currently seeking the following position:
**E-Commerce Executive**:

- Seeking an independent, dynamic, and well-organized individual.
- Essential experience in prospecting and developing strong relationships with e-customers.
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude and possesses creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
- **JOB DESCRIPTION**:_

**1.** **ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**
- Set up operations on key e-commerce and social commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and optionally Tiki).
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue.
- Monitor sales, forecast margins, and evaluate trends.
- Build relationships with e-commerce partners and advise on business strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms.

**2. ONLINE CONTENT**
- Optimize product images, titles, and descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce performance (sales, availability, pricing, content, ranking, etc.).
- Execute digital marketing initiatives (on-site, social media, SEO, SEM).
- Implement promotional mechanisms (bundles, discounts, vouchers).**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
- 2-3 years of e-commerce management experience (preferably on Shopee and Lazada).
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
- Strong key account management skills.
- General understanding of supply chain, finance, and branding.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
