- To prepare on a yearly basis the department budget for approval by the General Manager
- To be responsible for the final evaluation and decision regarding any enquires about inferior product or customer complaint regarding any of the company’s products or services
- To appraise on a periodic basis the quality knowledge level of all staff at the company
- To continuously monitor and report on the performance of the entire quality management system and highlighting possible opportunities for improvement
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
JOB DESCRIPTIONS - QUALITY MANAGER
About the company: Sigma Worldwide was established in 2011, headquartered in the US and with extensive operations and manufacturing in Southern China. Sigma primarily serves the Consumer Electronics, Health & Wellness and Point-of-Sale industries. Its clients range from innovative start-ups to some of the largest public companies in the world. Sigma manufactures complex programs involving plastics, soft goods, and electrical assemblies.
Scope of Position:
To implement, maintain and develop the quality, environmental and health & safety management systems throughout the whole company whilst ensuring that it constantly meets international standards, and is in line with the QM standards of the company
To implement and develop a supplier quality management system with relevant training and rating programs for suppliers
To support and cultivate a culture of First-Time Quality and Zero Defects and lean principles
Job Tasks:

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree in technical field
At least 10 years of working experiences in the same field, 5-7 years of experiences as Quality Manager
Experience in ISO9000/14000/SA/CTPAT is prefered
Must have strong management skills, in particular organization and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Must adopt a practical approach towards work
High level of problem solving skills
Can work under pressure well
**Job Requirements**:
